Solid material and I like the different scents on each roll. These are a big step up from the bio-degradable bags I previously used. Also, made in the USA, which is why I bought them. The only thing I need is a dispenser that fits these rolls.

We have been using these bags for years. When we recently moved we started ordering them directly from the website - they are the best!!! They are perfectly sized and never break like the cheap/bulk ones from other places. Will ALWAYS reorder!
